At the Aarhus School of Architecture, you can experience a four-story wooden furniture piece designed to accommodate study areas and house the school’s library. The media center serves as a space for individual learning, immersion, and inspiration. The design of the wooden furniture piece takes inspiration from a shelving system found in the basement of Hack Kampmann’s Business Archive in Aarhus, which has been allocated to the Aarhus School of Architecture. The wooden construction is constructed using LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber), consisting of a total of 5.5 kilometers of pillars, beams, and balusters, forming the framework for an area of 520 square meters and 1600 shelf meters distributed across four levels.

Like a raw diamond, Spidsen (the Tip) of Nordø rises at the entrance to Copenhagen. Located on the outer part of the Århusgade district, Spidsen of Nordø serves as a contemporary lighthouse and the workplace of the future.
Even from a distance, Spidsen of Nordø shines brightly. The 60-meter-high silo-shaped office building reflects the sky and sea in its sparkling facade. Here, it marks the conclusion of the first completed quarter in Copenhagen's new district, Nordhavn – a transition from industry to a vibrant urban area. @vilhelmlauritzenarchitects@cobearchitects@tredjenatur

Lyngdal Healthcare Centre in southern Norway.
Designed by @3RWArkitekter and @NORDArchitects, the care home offers a vision in which social interaction, comfort, and well-being among residents, visitors, and staff are key to delivering welfare.
The general idea is to give eldercare a central role in society by letting both residents and the featured amenities contribute to a varied and vibrant urban environment. A hairdresser, a shop, a café, and a day-care center are all generously shared between residents and locals, as a standing invitation to the surrounding community.

The expansion of Musholm shows how architecture can improve the quality of life for people with disabilities by accommodating rather than eliminating diversity. With its social and innovative architecture, the holiday and sports centre sets a new agenda in the important public debate. Behind the innovative accessibility design is AART architects in collaboration with Keingart.

Høje Taastrup City Hall
Last week, Høje Taastrup City Hall won this years “Byens Bedste” (Best in Town) award in architecture category awarded by @berlingske.
Berlingske's reviewer wrote, among other things, about the city hall:
"The city hall, designed by PLH Arkitekter together with Atelier Lorentzen Langkilde, is a compact, modern, atrium-type building. With a large interior space and a staircase that spirals up into the heights. However, it has a modest, not dominating scale, and the architects also say that from the start it was the idea that it should be a "people's house". It appears to have been, and in particular the magnificent, publicly accessible viewing terrace on the ninth floor helps to give the building a real 'wow effect'."
